Where is Villa Bénie located?: Villa Bénie is located in Little Harbour on the south-central side of Anguilla, overlooking St. Martin. The home is centrally positioned, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and other parts of the island.
How far is the villa from the airport?: We are just a 7-minute drive from Anguilla's airport, making arrival and departure quick and easy.
How far is the ferry terminal?: The Blowing Point Ferry Terminal is approximately 4 minutes from the villa.
What is the best way to get to Anguilla?: You can fly directly into Anguilla (AXA) via American Airlines or BermudAir, which is the most convenient option. Many guests also choose to fly into St. Martin (SXM) and take a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal, followed by a 20-minute ferry to Anguilla. We're happy to help guide you through either option.
Do we need a rental car?: Yes, we strongly recommend renting a car. While the villa is centrally located, having your own vehicle makes it easy to explore beaches, restaurants, and the island at your own pace.

How many guests can the villa accommodate?: Villa Bénie comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms.
How many bathrooms are in the villa?: The villa offers three full bathrooms — two with showers and one with a shower and bathtub combination — along with an additional half bath with a sink and toilet.
Is there WiFi and air conditioning?: Yes, the home is fully equipped with high-speed WiFi and air conditioning throughout, including the outdoor living spaces.
Is there a TV at the villa?: Yes — the villa includes a large TV in the main living area and an additional TV in the Water's Edge bedroom. Both are equipped with streaming access. That said, most guests find themselves spending far more time outside, enjoying the views.
Is there parking available?: Yes, there is generous on-property parking, with space for multiple vehicles and a gated entrance for added privacy.
Is there a washer and dryer?: Yes — the villa includes a washer and dryer for guest use, along with a clothesline for those who prefer to air dry.
Do I need to bring towels or linens?: No — bath towels, beach towels, and all bed linens are provided. Each bed is fully made and layered with clean linens and pillows for your comfort.

Is the villa directly on the water?: Yes, the villa is oceanfront with direct water access, including a ladder into the sea and a private sandy area for relaxing by the water.
Is the water calm for swimming?: The water conditions can vary depending on the day and season. Because the villa is located on the south side of the island, it can be breezy with occasional choppier water. You can absolutely get in the water to cool off and enjoy it, though conditions can vary day to day and are not always calm enough for paddleboarding or snorkeling directly from the villa.
Do you provide paddleboards or snorkeling gear?: Paddleboards are available at the villa for guest use. We recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear. However, rentals can easily be arranged on the island, and we're happy to help coordinate that for you.
Does the villa have a pool or hot tub?: No, the villa does not have a pool or hot tub. Instead, guests enjoy direct ocean access, with the ability to swim, float, or simply cool off right from the property. The private sandy point, dock, and oceanfront setting create a natural experience that feels far more connected to the island.

What is the minimum age to rent the villa?: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
Are children allowed?: Villa Bénie is not suited for children under the age of 12 due to the home's close proximity to the ocean and open water access.
Is smoking allowed?: Villa Bénie is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Are pets allowed?: Pets are not permitted at the villa.

Will someone meet us at the villa?: Yes, a member of our team will greet you upon arrival and provide a brief walkthrough of the home to help you get settled.
Is there daily housekeeping?: A mid-stay refresh is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional housekeeping or daily service can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
Can you help with groceries or special requests?: Yes, limited pre-arrival grocery stocking and select requests can be arranged for an additional fee. We keep this simple and streamlined to ensure a smooth experience.
Can I drink the water?: The villa uses cistern rainwater, which is safe for everyday use including brushing your teeth, showering, cooking, and washing dishes. For drinking, we provide an initial supply of bottled water to get you started, and additional water can be easily purchased on the island.
Is Anguilla safe?: Yes — Anguilla is widely considered one of the safest islands in the Caribbean, known for its low crime rates, calm environment, and welcoming community. Guests can feel relaxed and at ease throughout their stay.
Is there a hospital on the island?: Yes — Anguilla has a public hospital and medical clinics available if needed. For emergencies, dial 911. The main hospital on the island is Princess Alexandra Hospital. We also provide local contact information at the villa should you need assistance during your stay.
